SCREENING PROCESS

A-1 Domestic Professional Services, Inc. is committed to providing our customers with the most qualified and professional home care providers.

Our intense screening process includes face-to-face interviews with all home care providers before they are referred to our customers. In addition, we perform Nationwide Criminal Check, DMV Check, Sex Offender Data Base Check, require performance rating of 90% or higher from previous employers and many more.

We form a meaningful and continuous relationship with all our customers and home care providers. Majority of our customers have been referred to us through former fully satisfied customers. One Hundred Percent (100%) of home care providers have been referred by other happy home care providers who have worked or are currently working with our customers. We build nurturing relationships and that is the reason we have loyal and long-term home care providers. We pride ourselves in excellent service and have been since 1991 under the same management.
