LilaGuide: A-1 found us the most amazing nanny! She's loving, caring and affectionate. They thoroughly background search each applicant, set up the interviews for you, and keep in touch through the entire process. I thought the finder's fee was quite reasonable, given the amount of time and legwork they saved me. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience!
