HOME CARE SERVICES

A-1 Domestic Professional Services, A-1 Home Care, & A-1 Caregiver Agency refer experienced Home Care Professionals to provide proper nursing care during convalescence or rehabilitation. Services range from continuous 3 hour care to 24 hours, 7 days a week live-in care. We provide flexible same day short and long term caregivers or companions. The goal of A-1 Domestic Professional Services, Inc. is to provide seniors, the terminally ill, developmentally challenged, handicapped & disabled children or elderly adults with quality non-medical care, incontinence assistance, and companions to minimize the trauma of any difficulty they are experiencing.

SCREENING PROCESS

A-1 Domestic Professional Services, Inc. is committed to providing our customers with the most qualified and professional home care providers.

Our intense screening process includes face-to-face interviews with all home care providers before they are referred to our customers. In addition, we perform Nationwide Criminal Check, DMV Check, Sex Offender Data Base Check, require performance rating of 90% or higher from previous employers and many more.

We form a meaningful and continuous relationship with all our customers and home care providers. Majority of our customers have been referred to us through former fully satisfied customers. One Hundred Percent (100%) of home care providers have been referred by other happy home care providers who have worked or are currently working with our customers. We build nurturing relationships and that is the reason we have loyal and long-term home care providers. We pride ourselves in excellent service and have been since 1991 under the same management.
